Like you could "garrison" them inside of a squad and then as members of that squad start to fall, the medic can instantly start moving the wounded back to HQ. The issue is, this process takes a very long time, because the medic has to run from HQ all the way into the field to grab the wounded person. If an ally is hit, the medic will run over to the wounded and then bring them back.
